STyle 2.0, Inc. (“STyle 2.0”) is committed to protecting your privacy.
This statement outlines the privacy practices of STyle 2.0. We have clearly marked the STyle 2.0 Website with our logos and/or copyright notices so you know where this policy applies. It does not apply to any other company, business entity, organization or the websites to which we link. It is your responsibility to check the privacy policies of others when visiting their sites.
The only personally identifiable information collected by STyle 2.0 is information that you provide voluntarily. When you register on the STyle 2.0 Website, you create your own profile and privacy settings. Your profile includes personal information. When you sign up for an account for our Services (an “Account”), you provide us your name, email address, zip code.
You then create a style profile by reacting to images of styles that we present to you, by telling us about your style, and providing us additional sizing information.
If you provide us feedback or contact us via e-mail, we will collect your name and e-mail address, as well as any other content included in the e-mail, in order to send you a reply.
We retain information on your behalf, such as messages you send (including the content of the message and the recipient data) using your Account.
STyle 2.0 collects information necessary to manage and enhance the user experience and to create statistics of general, non-user-specific information. We collect some information about general usage of the sites through a technology tool called a “cookie.” The cookie is used to maintain logged-on status and to assist with skipping the login page (if the “remember” checkbox has been selected). STyle 2.0 uses both session cookies and persistent cookies. Persistent cookies remain after you close your browser for subsequent visits to the site. Persistent cookies can be removed by following your web browser help file directions. A session cookie is temporary and disappears when you close your browser. As with any cookie, if you do not want a cookie set then you need to disable your cookies setting in your browser. Please be aware that doing so may disable your ability to stay logged into STyle 2.0 and to use other aspects of our site.

We use your personal information in the following ways: facilitate the creation of and secure your Account on our network; identify you as a user in our system; provide the Services you request; and improve the quality of experience when you interact with our Site and Services.
Changes to Personal Data. You may change any of your personal information in your Account by editing your profile within your Account. You may request deletion of your personal information by us, but please note that we may be required to keep this information and not delete it (or to keep this information for a certain time, in which case we will comply with your deletion request only after we have fulfilled such requirements). When we delete any information, it will be deleted from the active database, but may remain in our archives. We may retain your information for fraud prevention or similar purposes.
A WORD OF CAUTION
STyle 2.0 uses commercially reasonable technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information. Once we receive your information, STyle 2.0 makes commercially reasonable efforts to secure our systems. However, please note that this is not a guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.

STyle 2.0 may, but is not obligated, to post a notice on our Website if a security breach occurs. Depending on where you live, you may have a legal right to receive notice of a security breach in writing. To receive a free written notice of a security breach you should notify us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org .
