www.style2pointzero.com, owned STyle 2.0 Inc., a Washington corporation (“STyle 2.0”) has provided this Privacy Policy to assist you in understanding how we collect and use the personal information that you provide to us and to assist you in making informed decisions when using the STyle 2.0 Website located at www.style2pointzero.com (the “Website”).  STyle 2.0 offers a service that provides an on-line stylist and related services (collectively, the “Services”) and gives you access to other websites that sell clothing and accessories.

STyle 2.0 is committed to protecting the privacy of Users of its Services. Anyone that accesses the STyle 2.0 Website and submits information to STyle 2.0 is considered a User. Information Disclosure
This statement outlines the privacy practices of STyle 2.0. We have clearly marked the STyle 2.0 Website with our logos and/or copyright notices so you know where this policy applies. It does not apply to any other company, business entity, organization or the websites to which we link. It is your responsibility to check the privacy policies of others when visiting their sites.

Information Collected
The only personally identifiable information collected by STyle 2.0 is information that you provide voluntarily. When you register on the STyle 2.0 Website, you create your own profile and privacy settings. Your profile includes personal information.  When you sign up for an account for our Services (an “Account”), you provide us your name, email address, zip code.

You then create a style profile by reacting to images of styles that we present to you, by telling us about your style, and providing us additional sizing information.

If you provide us feedback or contact us via e-mail, we will collect your name and e-mail address, as well as any other content included in the e-mail, in order to send you a reply.

We retain information on your behalf, such as messages you send (including the content of the message and the recipient data) using your Account.

STyle 2.0 collects information necessary to manage and enhance the user experience and to create statistics of general, non-user-specific information. We collect some information about general usage of the sites through a technology tool called a “cookie.” The cookie is used to maintain logged-on status and to assist with skipping the login page (if the “remember” checkbox has been selected). STyle 2.0 uses both session cookies and persistent cookies. Persistent cookies remain after you close your browser for subsequent visits to the site. Persistent cookies can be removed by following your web browser help file directions. A session cookie is temporary and disappears when you close your browser. As with any cookie, if you do not want a cookie set then you need to disable your cookies setting in your browser. Please be aware that doing so may disable your ability to stay logged into STyle 2.0 and to use other aspects of our site.

Use of Your Personal Information

General Use. In general, personal information you submit to us is used either to respond to requests that you make, or to aid us in serving you better. We use your personal information in the following ways: facilitate the creation of and secure your Account on our network; identify you as a user in our system; provide the Services you request; and improve the quality of experience when you interact with our Site and Services.

Changes to Personal Data. You may change any of your personal information in your Account by editing your profile within your Account. You may request deletion of your personal information by us, but please note that we may be required to keep this information and not delete it (or to keep this information for a certain time, in which case we will comply with your deletion request only after we have fulfilled such requirements). When we delete any information, it will be deleted from the active database, but may remain in our archives. We may retain your information for fraud prevention or similar purposes.

The STyle 2.0 Website, and its Services, contain links to other websites. Please note that when you click on one of these links you are clicking to another website. STyle 2.0 has no responsibility for anything on any website to which you link. STyle 2.0 may allow other companies, including, but not limited to, third-party ad servers and ad networks, to serve advertisements within the STyle 2.0 Website. These third-party ad servers and ad networks use technology to display the advertisements and links that appear on the Service and on the STyle 2.0 Website. They automatically receive your IP address when this happens. They may also use other technologies (such as cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons) to measure the effectiveness of their advertisements and to geo-specify the advertising content you see.

STyle 2.0 does not provide any personally identifiable information to these third-parties without your consent other than broad demographic groupings, or except as part of a specific program or feature for which you will have the ability to opt-in or opt-out. If you click on any advertisement, and visit a non-STyle 2.0 website, you should review the privacy policies of these websites for more information on their practices. STyle 2.0’s Privacy Policy does not apply to, and we cannot control the activities of, any such websites.

Non-Personal Information
We use information you give us to enhance many aspects of our Services, but without sharing any personally identifiable demographic data about you. STyle 2.0 automatically logs information such as IP addresses and browser types for many general purposes. We collect this information for reporting, advertising, fraud prevention, and violations of our Terms of Use Agreement. We also use the aggregate information we collect to improve the Services and your experience while visiting.

Communication
We do not give any personally identifiable information you provide to third parties except for limited technology service providers (e.g. for processing credit cards, for tracking general site metrics, etc). We use reasonable efforts to limit their use of such information. We may also provide information to comply with a valid legal process, such as a search warrant, subpoena or court order, or to otherwise comply with law enforcement. STyle 2.0 also reserves the right to disclose personally identifiable information and/or non-personally-identifiable information that STyle 2.0 believes, in good faith, is appropriate or necessary to enforce our Terms of Use Agreement, take precautions against liability, to investigate and defend itself against any third-party claims or allegations, to assist government enforcement agencies, to protect the security or integrity of our Website, and to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of STyle 2.0, our Users or others. We do send periodic email communications, sometimes using a third-party email service, to Users who have registered or subscribed to our mailing list to inform people of updates to our Services, new content that’s been added of updated, welcome letters, notices of comments, and for other purposes such as promotions from our advertisers. We do share non-personally-identifiable information (such as anonymous user usage data, referring / exit pages and URLs, platform types, number of clicks, etc.) with interested third-parties to assist them in understanding the usage patterns for certain content, services, advertisements, promotions, and/or functionality on STyle 2.0 services.

STyle 2.0 uses commercially reasonable technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information. Once we receive your information, STyle 2.0 makes commercially reasonable efforts to secure our systems. However, please note that this is not a guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.

If STyle 2.0 learns of a security systems breach, then we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps. STyle 2.0 may, but is not obligated, to post a notice on our Website if a security breach occurs. Depending on where you live, you may have a legal right to receive notice of a security breach in writing. International Users
While the STyle 2.0 Website is hosted in the United States, the Services provided by STyle 2.0 are intended for and directed to Users throughout the world. If you are a User accessing the STyle 2.0 Website from Europe, Asia, Africa, Middle East or any other region or country with laws or regulations governing personal data collection, use, retention, and disclosure that differ from United States laws, please be advised that through your continued use of the STyle 2.0 Website, which is governed by U.S. law, this Privacy Notice, and our Terms of Use Agreement, you are transferring your personal information to the United States and you consent to that transfer and submission to U.S. law and specifically, venue in Thurston County, Washington USA.

In the Event of Sale, Merger, Acquisition, or Bankruptcy
In the event that STyle 2.0 is acquired by or merged with a third party entity, we reserve the right, in any of these circumstances, to transfer or assign the information we have collected from our Users as part of such merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control. In the unlikely event of our bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, receivership, or assignment for the benefit of creditors, or the application of laws or equitable principles affecting creditors’ rights generally, we may not be able to control how your personal information is treated, transferred, or used.

Policy changes
If we decide to change this Privacy Policy we will post changes here in the form of an updated Privacy Policy. This ensures that by checking here frequently all Users are informed about our information gathering practices, how we might use that information and whether it will be disclosed. Your continued use of the Service and of any STyle 2.0 Website constitutes your agreement to this Privacy Notice and any future revisions.
